Hannah Perrin is a second year graduate student in the Genetics and Molecular Biology program at University of North Carolina. She researches regulatory variants associated with cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in Dr. Karen Mohlke's laboratory. Prior to starting a PhD program, Hannah worked at a clinical genetics laboratory, GeneDx, for six years. When not working, Hannah enjoys reading, baking, and hiking.
